Creative values within the organisation
Through experiential and fun learning, knowledge is acquired and skills linked to creativity are developed. The final training aim is to strengthen aspects like the creative solution of problems, team work, improvement in workplace atmosphere, decision making or personal initiative. We work on behaviours and attitudes through exercises that foster a creative attitude in the professional as well as personal sphere.
The workshop sets out to build a group atmosphere designed to trigger creative processes within the organisation, and to foster a climate that will motivate people to find ways of addressing day-to-day challenges.
The activities engaged in and the knowledge acquired will be analysed in the group. This will help to identify personal qualities which, under different circumstance, would fail to be appreciated.
